Mr. Chan served as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Franchise-Exchange.com. With extensive contacts in China, Mr. Chan is poised to bring iProgram’s content offerings to the 300 million wireless devices in that part of the world.
Before re-entering the vast technology arena, he was a market maker for Spear, Leeds and Kellogg, the largest specialist trading firm on the NYSE and NASDAQ/AMEX. Mr. Chan was also a Project Manager for IKON Office Solutions where he managed “paperless-office solutions” projects for the General Counsel’s office of the American International Group (AIG), Phelps Dodge Corporation and for the law firms of Oblon Spivak and Dewey Ballantine. |

Steve is a professional web application programmer specializing in interactive desktop and mobile solutions. He started in the IT industry building computers and designing networks in 1995, and founded Hardware TechNet in 1999. By 2002 he had attained over 20 IT certifications. After joining the Army National Guard in 2003, Steve was granted a Secret Level Clearance with the Department of Defense and trained in Secure Communications. While deployed in Iraq, Steve helped to improve the life of his fellow soldiers by providing monitored internet access and was awarded the highly honored Meritorious Service Medal, as well as the Combat Action Badge. |
